Still unable to delete email on S5 in Outlook

I am using S5 to access email in Outlook. I have an email which I delete and the comes back into the inbox. It does NOT appear on my desktop in Outlook.

Any idea on how I can remove this email? I've tried the swipe/delete and also tried to access incoming settings on the email but I don't have any options to delete from server.

Please help. Thanks.

Have you tried tapping the trash can at the bottom of the page?

Yes. It says message deleted but then the email comes back once I hit refresh.

When you delete an email whether you do so on your phone or the web, the deleted email goes into the deleted folder on your web access. Login into your Outlook account online and empty the folder then empty the trash folder on your phone. Then try it..
