New to the S5. Found this image from the Play Store and really wanted the same style. What exactly must I do in order to get the look? Thanks!

That's a custom launcher though the opaque circle with the three dots in it is an overlay Samsung tool allowing you to create shortcuts to Samsung apps. I'm not sure what launcher or icon pack that is though.
