Can I delete Mobile Content Transfer under Misc. Files in Storage?

I just got a Samsung Galaxy S5 and am already almost out of storage space. I transferred some files from my old phone (photos, contacts, etc.) and have only downloaded two apps. Under Storage, it says that Miscellaneous Files take up 13.10GB of space - and that Mobile Content Transfer is the biggest culprit of this. If I delete this file, would I lose everything that transferred? I've added an SD card but can only put a few apps onto it and not much else.

I have the same question! It seems that the files I've transferred simply sit in that folder... When I go to my camera app and into the Gallery, for instance, I see all the pictures in the "Mobile Content Transfer" folder as if they had successfully transferred to my new device. But they only exist within "Mobile Content Transfer." Is there some kind of way to restore these files? When has the folder's purpose been filled (to transfer content), so I can finally delete it?
