Have Galaxy S 5 and a Jabra earpiece. When I hit the Jabra for 2 seconds a voice, presumably from the remains of SVoice, which I disabled) asks me for a phone number. Well, I'd like to get rid of her, as all she does is phone calls. I'd like to go from my Jabra to OK Google. Possible?

You'll need an app called "bluetooth launch" by Guardian Bob from the play store. You'll need to select in the tiny menus that you want
    Google Search > com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox.VoiceSearchActivity

Not the most elegant of solutions but it will work.
Do a search on bluetooth launch and you can get better details.
