Hello all - First-time poster here. I just bought my Galaxy s5 about ten days ago. I'm not quite "in love" just yet, but I think it's coming. After four years of iPhones, I am enjoying what I am seeing so far, but relearning how to do things.

I listen to Live365 quite often. I have a lot of favorite channels, and enjoy that radio when I travel. With my iPhone I could easily load a station and listen to music... but my Samsung will sit and try to connect for extended periods of time (several minutes). Wi-Fi or LTE, at work or home, it's always the same.

Is it a Samsung issue? A Live365 issue? Something else?

    Thanks for any help!

It could be an app issue. Are you able to try the app on other devices?

Try going to the App Manager, selecting Live365, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try again. Also, make sure you have the latest version installed.

If all else fails, send the developers an email: techsupport@live365.com
