    Purchased my galaxy s5 a month ago and I can not get my s beam to work. The NFC is on, s beam is on, still not allowing any files to be sent or received. I did watch a YouTube clip on the application manager to clear the cashe in the beam settings, and I do not have the option for beam settings at all. So tried to download on from Google play, that did not work, still nothing in or out. My husband has the same phone and his is working just fine with other samsung devices so I know the error is on my end. What can I do?

    The problem is I do not have the beam settings application in my application manager. How do I get that,reset my phone to factory?
