How do I fix my S5 call blocking?

I was happily using the timed call blocking on my S5 until yesterday. I dropped my phone (with case) from maybe 8" from the floor. It seemed fine until it spontaneously rebooted about 20 minutes later. Since then my call blocking has been on or off, no in-between. The settings screen says that the blocking is set for between 10:30pm and 7:30am but it is constantly on. I restarted and soft rebooted. No change. Please help! I loved that feature!
