I am unable to send or receive multimedia text messages?!

I am unable to send or receive multimedia text messages but I am able to connect to all my social medias just fine. I have plenty of data left and I am disconnected from my at home wifi. I need help..I've tried rebooting it and trying to send a multimedia message while connected to wifi and nothing has worked.

What carrier do you have. Is this a new phone? We're you able to send MMS previously? Are your MMS APN settings put in correctly?

I have Verizon. I have had this phone for almost a year. I was able to without any problems. And as far as I know it's all correct. I reset it to default and it didn't help.
