When I try to delete a 600 mb file with only 620 mb of space left, it fails to delete it, it literally says failed to delete file. I deleted the app, rebooted my phone, and nothing, it won go away no matter what I try! I have a galaxy s5 rooted so does anyone know how to foce a file to be deleted no matter what the system says about it? It's a movie file so it's not anything the phone needs to work properly.

What file is it? If an app is using the file then you won't be able to delete it. You can try to go into safe mode and then delete
