Galaxy S 5 -- Cannot set ringtone for incoming text message on an individual contact

A couple of weeks ago I changed the default ringtone for my incoming text messages. It would work for some contacts but not others so I changed it on the individual contacts by going into their information. I have now tried changing it again but it does not work on one of my contacts. Text messages from other individuals work fine but the one I'm having problems with will only vibrate not ring. I've changed it in the default, I've changed it in their individual account info -- but nothing. Please help.

Delete the contact on the phone and at Google Contacts. Add it again (on the phone, so you can choose the ringtone - it should sync to Google Contacts).
