    I've had this problem for over a year. Keep going to Verizon and they delete account then re added. I've done this and still isn't working. I have 2 accounts and neither work. I am losing work because of this problem. Frustrated.

    That isn't much detail. Are you sure you are setting up the accounts right? It could also just be an email server problem (probably not though).
