went to use fingerprint security past code it worked fine and accepted, then tried to access second time and cant get into phone now and im locked out and is asking for ( enter alternative password) which I dont have one.. have tried to download android manager but it keeps saying I don't have a device, or I have to go into settings in my phone which I cant as it is locked. I rang my carrier and they said to ring Samsung so I rang Samsung and they said cant help over the phone have to go in will be a charge and travel 30min on tollway... can anyone help pls...:'
