Why I cannot install pure android on my GS5 900A by AT&T?

I have Samsung Galaxy S5 AT&T G900A came with pre installed samsung and att apps. I have rooted phone and deleted some apps but still samsung android annoying. May I get pure Lolipop 5.0 or 5.0.1 on my device? Please help.

The simple answer is no, you cannot use a pure android ROM on an AT&T S5. The bootloader for your phone is locked, and as far as I know no way has been found to unlock it. Based on what ive read, your lucky you were able to even root it. You can however find several TouchWiz based ROMs that remove most of the Samsung and carrier apps, but not a pure vanilla android version.
