    Hi;

    When working from my computer and so not to have to go to my phone, is there an app. (that will sync with my phone app.) or method to receive and send texts from my computer. Will it have a pop-up box on my computer?

    Will it also show and save the texts on my phone?

    I am on verizon with an S5. I use the standard messaging app on my phone.

    Thank you.

    Airdroid does this. Everything and I mean everything will pop up on your computer. Lol

    Thank you for your response.

    Is there an app. that will do this by having phone connected to desktop via USB, not wirelessly or bluetooth?

    Thank you.

    I'm not sure about that. I use airdroid through wireless.

    Another vote for AriDriod! And you disable whichever notifications you don't want. I just turned off my wifi on my phone and have it connected to my desktop via usb. I made a call from my landline to my cell phone. Notification showed up on my desktop. I sent myself an email and text and they all showed up as an Airdroid notification on the desktop. You can reply to texts directly from your computer. I love this app!

    I have learned something new. Didn't know airdroid would work through USB.
