apk exception after lollipop upgrade

Hi I've just upgraded to lollipop and everytime I get a notification I get a little window saying apk exception.

Anyone know what that means?

It probably means that the update didn't go as planned (which is more common with Android OTA updates than people think). Bring the phone to your carrier for assistance - they can redo the update. (Make sure everything is backed up off the phone - they may just swap your phone for a working one.)

Found out what it was. It 2as the bt notifications app. Have removed app and all works well

The BT app is an app required for using a smart watch connected to your phone. I had exactly the same problem except it doesn't want to close down the phone, just kept sending nagging splash screen. As I rarely used the watch I deleted the app and problem was sorted.
