Paypal notifications

This one is kicking my ****.

Everytime I login to paypal from my phone, I get a signin using my fingerprint in the notification dropdown. The only way to make it go away is to restart the phone. but then next time around..........

I've googled and the only thing I can find is to go to settings-accounts and disable it there but that disable option is nowhere to be found..

Any idea how to stop this??

I disabled mine in PayPal > Settings > Notification...and turned Notification off...but it turns off all notification from PayPal...

This was the first thing I did before googling. The problem isn't paypal, it's S5 finger print scanning software wanting me to link my finger print. I don't even use finger print scanning since it only works a few times for me then quits because my fingers are so dry.. So it is disabled.
