newbie 4.4.2 backup question

Hey guys, currently running 4.4.2 and my phone is solid. No bs. I want to make a backup so if I get forced to 5.0 I can always go back. How do I this?

Kies 3.0 and rename the backup to something sensible....

Also, find the damn backup if you can, it is buried in your c:/users/yourname/....................../ directory so deep, it took me days to find it.

now create a shortcut to the Desktop so you can find that folder fast.
I now copy all of those backups to a special directory c:\data\Galaxy S5\backups

and each one is named 2014/x/y date and time plus "4.4.2 works perfect" or something like that.
