Hi guys and appologies if i've posted this in the wrong area.
I purchased a used Verizon Samsung S5 (SM-G900V) in the USA and now im currently residing at home in New Zealand.
Im having an issue where some outgoing sms messages are not being delivered due to something, somewhere going wrong and the numbers 6411 or 01 being added as a prefix as the sms is sent for example, If I was to txt 0210592552 it should send like 64210592552 HOWEVER according to my provider (Vodafone NZ) its sending like this: 6411-64210592552
Another thing to note is there is no Message Center Settings, I assume this is a Verizon restriction as other models appear to have the option just fine and I think this is where the problem lies.
Has anyone else come across this? I've factory reset several times, Rooted and installed custom ROMS, nothing has fixed it.
