Screen doesn't open during calls galaxy s5

Hello everyone. After the lollipop update on GALAXY S5 , i faced an issue! My screen doesn't light ups after a call and i can't end a call... any suggestions?

Press the power button to end the call. Try pressing the volume up button when you are in a call and that should turn the screen on. Or hold your phone at a level angle that is flat and the screen might come on. There are issues with samsung's lollipop.They did not test there lollipop very well because samsung wanted to get Android 5.0 out to people so they would not complain. If samsung killed there TouchWiz thing and made it pure stock they would have less work to do and they could have more time to test.

I use the power button to activate the screen , but I hope to the next update samsung fix many issues. Thank you very much for the reply ☺
