Verizon S5 Lollipop Lagging and hanging

Ever since the update to 5.0 I can't unlock the phone with my finger sometimes, the phone will freeze and I have to wait until ti goes to sleep.

I also run into this when I hit the menu button to see my open apps. The phone will freeze and not come up. I am having to do more restarts and battery pulls with 5.0

Would have been nice to get 5.0.2 I guess Verizon and Sprint were in a hurry. Both my S5's have different issues. I have complained of my Sprint alarm issues in another thread.

Try pulling your battery - once you do that go straight into recovery and clear your cache see if that helps.
If not you may try a factory reset....

I had the same problems yesterday. Today they are all gone. I didn't do anything to fix it. Was hoping my S5 would overheat overnight and Vz would send me a warranty replacement. No such luck it's acting perfect today.
