Can I get some help after my sister went into the sever (P) sites and made my Galaxy S5 slower?

my sister has been in the sever (P) sites, and It made my galaxry s5 work slower than ever!!!

Please help me as quickly as you can, I have cm cleaner, and 360 security, but non of it is helping! I can't say factory reset cuz I will lose all my data, and I also tried to turn it on and off but the result is.....
