Question about replacing bezel/midframe.

Proud owner of a new S5..not so proud that somehow it already managed to get a ding in the bezel while waiting for my new case to arrive. I see online that the replacement miframe is super cheap...is this an easy repair? Or would a shop do it for a reasonable fee?

you can watch videos of the tear down on YouTube, I'd personally just live with the ding than go through all that work to fix it or pay someone too

Yeah I saw the videos just now. I mean it's not a huge deal but if it's cheap enough I may get it done. I just don't know what a shop would charge for it.

I guess it would be a bit more expensive than a normal phone because the s5 is filled with water proofing materials such as the sealents and all that. I took my S2 apart with no problems probably took me 5 minutes but I wouldn't try it on my S5 if I didn't have to. I do understand how you feel though and wanting to have it in pristine condition, its your phone & your money
