Wallpaper not fitting screen

I'm trying to set a wallpaper from my pictures after I saved it from the internet and its not fitting the screen

Put the picture on a PC. Run Paint.net and open the picture in it. Make the picture the size of your screen - in pixels (Image/Resize). Save that file. Move that file to the phone and use it for wallpaper. (If the picture isn't 16:9, you'll have to crop it somewhere - top/bottom or left/right.)
