How do I get the OK button button available again?

Accessibility Question

Hello All,
First time posting, but have been reading for a long time. I have several apps that show in the Accessibility section that are to be turned on. The problem is that the OK button is not available. It does mention something about Talkback. I had this disabled but enabled it again, but it made no difference.I'm on Lollipop but this may have been happening in KK as well. Anyone have any ideas why this would be happening? Thanks for your time. Much appreciated.

I know my phone has been having tons of issues since this latest update. Almost everything seems to be affected. Talk about terrible quality control. Some bugs are expected, but damn.
