Why don't I have MMS on Samsung S5 with Consumer Celluar?

No MMS on Samsung S5 with Consumer Celluar

After being assured from my carrier (Consumer Cellular) that the phone is compatible with their network, I purchased an unlocked, AT&T branded Samsung S5. Everything seems to work except I am not able to use MMS. I have had numerous conversations with Consumer Cellular and they are not able to solve this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you certain your APN settings are correct? Go to this support site, and search for "apn": https://www.consumercellular.com/support/knowledgebase/2/72. Click on the only result that shows up, and make sure your phone's APN settings match.

B. Diddy,
Prior to your reply, I had spent over 2 hours talking to 3 different tech support people at Consumer Cellular.
I followed your advice and after 2 changes to the APN settings everything works.
Thank you very much for your help.
