I have a Verizon Galaxy S5 and had so many problems with it since the new Lollipop update that Verizon gave me a new phone. We tried doing a factory reset on the old one but it's a company phone and they have restrictions that won't allow it.

Is there a way transfer over my phone's settings from the old to the new? I've transferred over the apps, contacts, calendar, etc. But is there a way to basically create a carbon copy of my old phone's settings to the new? Like ring tone settings, app organization, camera settings, etc.??? BTW I tried Samsung Kies 3 and it didn't do the trick.
