    Yes. Will it be large enough? That depends on you. Will it be fast enough? That depends on what Class the card is. You could get by with a Class 4 or Class 6 card on an S3, but that would slow an S5 down when accessing the card and wouldn't be fast enough for full-speed video saved directly to the card. (You could save to internal storage, then move the file to the card.) If it's a Class 10 (or U1 - same thing) card, it's fast enough for anything but 4k video.
