All of the songs and playlists are gone from the music player?

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5, and suddenly nothing shows up on the music player. I don't use an SD card, only internal memory. And I tried bringing up songs individually, but they still don't show up on the music player.

Welcome to Android Central! Can you still locate the songs using a file manager? If so, go to the App Manager, select the music app, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now open it again and wait a few seconds for the database to rebuild. See if the songs appear now.
