    Welcome to Android Central.

First, try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Gallery, and select Clear Cache, then Power Off and Restart the phone.Or have you already tried that?

I just started to get the same error when trying to open the Gallery app. I tried the force stop, clear cache, clear data and restart fix but it didn't work and I'm still getting the error message. Any ideas on next steps to resolve?
