My Samsung S5 mini won't turn on, how can I fix this?

My Samsung s5 mini won't turn on

I dropped it on the floor, after that it wouldn't switch on but the there was talkback was on and it was saying stuff as if it was on. I tired pressing the on button and it just vibrated but won't switch on it just shows a blue light. I tried to take out the battery and it still won't switch on?

Some internal damage or other has presumably been done, of the sort that the average owner could probably neither diagnose nor fix themselves.
