Help unlocking my Sprint samsung galaxy s5 please

Hello, I received my MSL code from Sprint but that is all the information they will provide me with. They told me to take this to T-mobile and they would be able to unlock it for me but they were unsuccessful. I was wondering if any of you could tell me how to use this code to domestically unlock my phone or any other methods that you know of. Thanks for any help.

The S5 can't be demosticaly unlocked from Sprint. I learned that with my LG G3. I was given the MSL Code but that's only for CDMA Carriers not GSM. But I've seen a guy on YouTube who has successfuly unlocked the Sprint LG G3 for GSM use, so I would think he's done the same for the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S5, because he usually does all Sprint devices. Its a $60 fee and you have to send it in to him because its his own private business.
