Since my Galaxy S5 updated my phone software. Multiple issues have appeared. How can I restore back to the previous OS?

Since my Galaxy S5 updated my phone software. Multiple issues have appeared

1. I can no longer change tone to silent without logging through keypad lock.

2. The digits keep changing to blank white where numbers and letters should be and the only way to resolve this is to reboot my phone which only lasts 2/3 days and the letters disappear again.

Can I please restore my Galaxy S5 to its original operating software

Hi, have you tried a factory reset? It may resolve some of the issues you're having.
