I've locked myself out of my Galaxy S5. How can i get back in?

I've locked myself out of my Galaxy s5.

Can't remember the username or password. HELP!! I used my fingerprint first. It didn't work after a few tries. Tried every pw I can remember to no avail.

PLEASE HELP!!!
