Help i dunno what happen to my s5

this is now my phone look now.
this is when i restart my phone it become back to original after that it when back to the 1st image.
Anyone know how to solve this ? Thanks a lot!

Welcome to Android Central! The gray scale is probably due to the power saving mode--it might be the Ultra Power Saving mode. Turn it off.
