Lot of problems with my Samsung galaxy s5

I have a lot of problem and I only got if for a half year

1. My mobile gets really warm fast
2. Buttons not working very well, i can't go back.
3. Mobile freezing alot, can't do anything unless taking out battery or waiting 5 min before it reboots automatic.
4. My apps is closing down automatically, like "Google Play services stopped working"

I tried to make a factory reset and everything, still the same. I have not rooted it or anything. I can't use my phone very well..

Re: Lot of problems with my Samsung galaxy s5

Welcome to Android Central! A few things to try:

1. If you have a microSD card, unmount it (in Settings>Storage), remove it, and reboot. A corrupt file on the SD (usually a media file) can cause overheating, because the system's Media Scanner can get hung up on the file. This leads to excess CPU usage and battery drain. Insert the card into a PC and run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html

2. Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696. If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

3. Wipe the system cache partition, which doesn't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10683
