I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. It seems the newest update cleared all the saved appointments on my calendar and when I try to readd them it says they're saved but they are not. I don't know which calendar this is. It is the one that came as a default in the apps section of my phone. Do I have to sync it with a Samsung account or is it a Google calendar. I only want to save to my phone not have a million accounts everywhere. I'm not that technologically literate. Thanks for any help you can give.

Welcome to Android Central! When you try to add an event, what calendar account is it going to? It should say in the details of the event that you're entering.
