S5 keeps randomly reverting to stock background and taking Facebook off home screen

I use pictures i take for my background, don't know why it is suddenly doing this, it typically happens while I'm sleeping.

Just a thought, are your pictures or FaceBook stored on your external SD card?

This has happened to me as well. Usually when I mess around with Nova launcher, but I have since uninstalled.

To Iron's comment - my background pic was on my SD card, so perhaps that's it.
