I lost my phone and was lucky to get it back.
Now, I have Android Device Manager (Google), Find My Mobile (Samsung) and Android Lost app installed on my Galaxy s5.
I think ADM causes serious battery drain. After I installed it, battery status showed Google Play services at 40%. So, I took away administrator rights and battery went back to normal. By allowing ADM administrator rights, is this draining my battery?
Also, I uninstalled the ADM app from my phone, but it still works from my Google acctount (as long as it has administrator rights), so what is the point of having the app on my phone?
Is having all three on my phone overkill? Which of these would you recommend? I like the UI of the Find My Mobile website.
Thanks for any help, I'm paranoid about security since I lost my phone.
