Sprint samsung S5 bluetooth issues
One of the first things I did when I got the device was try to pair it with my Bluetooth device Raytel tellphone 4200. The pairing process stopped short with my Bluetooth device rebooting. Tried several times with the same result. Thinking that my device was outdated a left it alone for the last 4 months. My husband just got a Verizon Samsung S5 and I decided to try to pair it to my Raytel. To my surprise, it got connected right away and it is working without problems. The only difference I noticed was during the pairing in my husband's Verizon S5 a screen pop-up requesting permission to access contacts ("allow access to contacts") I allowed and the pairing was a success. I did not get the same request on my Sprint S5 and the pairing did not finish.
I will appreciate any help I can get. It has been frustrating the connection process. I just want to be able to answer calls while driving without having to mess with my phone.
