I have many problems with my phone, considering I've only just bought it.
-The camera quality is so bad
-On the WiFi settings it doesn't have the 3 buttons in the top right hand corner (the overflow button) so I can't turn of smart switch
-My internal storage is -3041375232.00B (My normal storage is fine)
-I tried installing something but it says error package file is invalid.
-Whats app came with the phone and cannot even be uninstalled (I don't really mind but i think it's the cause to the storage problem)

Hi and welcome to the forums, I'll try an answer some of your questions.

-Silly question have you turned the quality up to max? How is it bad, overexposed, out of focus or just grainy?
-The menu button should be down the bottom near the home key. Samsung generally don't have the overflow.
-I don't understand the storage question
-Where did you download the apk? It sounds like a bad download or incompatible.
-The app is part of the OS, can't be removed unless you root the phone.

There are currently 40 different models of the Samsung Galaxy S5 and over 3,000 different stock Samsung firmware versions, worldwide, covering 6 different Android platforms, Android 4.4.2, Android 4.4.4, Android 5.0, Android 5.0.1, Android 5.0.2 and Android 5.1.1. Not all issues will affect all models or firmware releases and your answers to the following questions will help in the forum's answers to your specific query.

#1. Could you post your Model number and Android version...

To locate these, go to...

Settings > More > About device > Model number and Android version

This will give you the model of Samsung Galaxy S5 that you have and which Android version you are on.


#2. Your current Firmware, (not just Baseband), version .

To locate your current firmware version, go to the stock, Samsung, dial pad and type in...

*#1234#

This will give you your, "Version", details in full, usually 3 lines of information, AP: CP: CSC:, which may all be relevant.

*** If code *#1234# has been disabled on your firmware, you can download and install, free from the Play Store, Phone Info and it will give you, under Firmware Info... PDA, Baseband, CSC, versions.

-That menu button doesn't access the overflow it accesses the recent apps.

-I don't think the phone has an APK installer because when I went on storage and clicked APK installer it says "There is no APK files"
