Hello and welcome to Android Central Carlos Carvalho4!

Which model of Samsung Galaxy S5 do you have, as per #1.2 of 41 Galaxy S5 models - Dummies Guide

What issues are you facing exactly and which country and carrier are you on?

You have the international G900F model on South African firmware for Vodafone and it would appear that an application that you are trying to download or run, is not available for your country via the Play Store and you wish to change the CSC code for your phone to another country's code, (invalidating your warranty and preventing future updates via Kies or OTA), to enable this app. Am I correct?

My bad. It has been a long day.

You will need to root your phone before you can use that method. There are numerous threads on how to root your G900F. The best one to follow is...

    [SM-G900*] CF-Auto-Root

This a a fairly simple and straightforward procedure.

    Hi,
Indeed, it was a long day.
I've rooted my device with KingROOT and the entire process end up well.
Then I setup Odin and download the package
    SM-G900F (International Qualcomm): CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.zip
follow the procedure for ODIN Installation (detailed).
    Setup the Package.
Now I can run the SuperUser "su" but I still get an error message when trying to change the CSC with Phone Info

    Can I just confirm...

You chose to root your phone by installing and using the Kingroot .apk which uses an exploit in the stock kernel/firmware to achieve root?

    Was this successful?

You then, without using the KingRoot unroot method I take it, decided to root your phone again and replaced that stock kernel with the CF-Auto-Root kernel which you flashed via Odin?

    Was this successful? (Root Checker)

Which CSC/Product code are you trying to change to, using Phone Info?

So, you have used Root Checker and it definitely verifies that you are fully rooted?

Is the app that you wish to download, a free or a paid app?

    All Free Apps.
    I can give you some

So, once again, Root Checker DOES verify that your phone is correctly rooted???

If that is the case and you still cannot change your CSC code and ONLY want free apps from the Play Store, you could use a VPN to get round it, as described in...

This Item Isn’t Available in Your Country: Google Play Store

i've already tried using a VPN connection, as VPN one click and it doesnt work.
I've followed the procedure to connect via VPN then, delete Playstore Files etc etc ... and nothing done.
    /*********************************************************************************************************/
    But I've tried again.
I followed the link, setup Tunnel Bear and same Issue. it still doesn't working.
When I turn Tunnel Bear on or VPN One Click or HotSpot Shiel, my Location Appears with an Ip Adress from France.
So, I should be able to download those apps, but I still get the error "This Item is not availbale in your Country" anyway

    Hi Ironass
I finally find out what was going wrong with this issue "This item is not available in your country" I mean part of it, at 80%.
My Playstore account was configured with 2 Credit Cards (One African Country and Another from European Country) and 2 Address (one in Africa and another in Europe)
But the default Adress and Credit Card were those from Africa.
I Can't tell if it was an issue just with the address or with the credit card or both, because after I Updating/Remove and set as default my coordinates as living in Europe I was able to download those apps except one (Thehitsradio) from UK!!!! "amazing, they don't want us to listen their music!!!!"
After update my playstore account, I've stop the app, clean the data and tried to download the apps but I still got same message, but I tried again after 10 min and it was OK.
    Anyway,
Thank you very much for your Help.
Nevertheless I still don't get why I get that java runtime error message while trying to change the CSC.
I'm going to open another ticket.
