WiFi Hotpot will not assign IP to devices.
Does anyone know why my Mobile Hotspot would not assign a DHCP address to devices that connect? I recently went back to a custom 4.4.2 ROM from 5.0 for personal preference. I've tried multiple devices. When they connect the "no devices" under connected devices goes away but the MAC of the device does not show up. On the client device the IP is a self assigned 169 address. Any ideas? Maybe DHCP service is not working? Thanks.
