OMG ! This pops up irregularly but quit regularly when it is most annoying.

I have a Samsung S5 and I don't want an Iphone. This is definitely a scam & I don't know how it got on my phone.

At first I thought it was a browser highjack, or associated with Facebook but now not so sure. It comes up at seemingly random times and not necessarily when I use my browser or Facebook.

I have the Malewarebytes app. A scan does show one infection but it crashes before finishing.

I loaded the Bitdefender app as well and it finds nothing.

The only thing I can find here is this, which unfortunately has now answer:
"Congratulations! You have won!" pop-ups? Should I worry?" Sorry androidcentral won't let me past the link yet. Gotta have 10 posts first. :p

Update: Here is a screen shot of what I'm seeing:
New Iphone7 2015-10-13 05.07.46.jpg

Google search lead me no where so far as well.

How do I get rid of this damn popup !

See if it occurs in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696. If it doesn't, then start uninstalling apps one by one until the behavior goes away. You may also consider doing a factory reset, then reinstalling apps one by one afterwards. If you do the factory reset, make sure you go directly to the Play Store (after the Setup Wizard is done), and stop any apps from automatically installing, so you can better control which apps get installed when.

I found out how to delete all browser data.
That is:
Settings-App manager scroll right to "All Apps"
selected my browser app
"Clear Data".

I'll see if that works.
If not I'll try the more radical step of removing all apps as you suggest.
If that doesn't work I'll try the even more radical step of resetting my phone.

I did uninstall Malwarebytes and installed and scanned with:
Avast Mobile Security 4.0. If found nothing.
AVG 4.4. It also found nothing.
AhnLab V3 Mobile Security 3.0. It said "Where's My Droid" might be unintentionally installed software. It's not.
Bitdefender Mobile Security 2.46. If found nothing.

I ultimately uninstalled all of those except Avast Mobile security.
I don't need ALL those anitvirus apps putting a drag on my system.

I've also added a screen shot to my original post showing the screen pop up. Could figure how to show that the first time.

Does that screen shot offer any new clues ?

I have the same issue. Exactly the same as your screen shot.
I tried deleting all cache and history but it came back.
I tried deleting Chrome, the browser that kept going to this site. But now the stock browser is going to the site.

I don't know what to do. Any luck anyone???

Thanks for the advice

"I found out how to delete all browser data.

When I cleared the Data on my Internet browser ( the blue and white world icon), it solved the problem.

Thankyou so much.

Thankyou so much MCROGERS2, I did the above and selected my browser app ( the blue and white earth icon) and cleared the data. YAY the pop up is gone.

Thanks again MC Rogers2
