Galaxy S5 hotspot connection limited
My samsung that I have bought unlocked (originally T-Mobile) on my MetroPCS account using a t-mobile hotspot that was previously installed factory on this device will connect to other devices Bluetooth or usb, but the account or any device that does connect keeps on going to the last step but something is holding it back from getting any internet connection to the device I have gone to call the customer support from Samsung and they have just told me to run safe mode and that didn't work I have gone to my carrier (Metro) themselves and they say that that should work because of my plan says so and there's nothing they know that could help me solve this problem. I've tried for over a week now and can't find any solution to this.
