S5 Verizon battery drian and overheating

I have a verizon s5 brandnew and it drains battey like crazy. it also over heats alot even with just some medium facebook usage it will drain and overheat fast in the picture i provided I got only 10 minutes of on screen time and it drained 11% and it was on the almost lowest brightness with battery saver on and i have nothing like mobile data gps etc. on except for sync.(btw currently dont have service on it)

Hi! Try to wipe cache partition. (Guide available in the internet)

Facebook is also known as one of the most battery consuming application on android. Try booting up your phone to safe mode. If battery drain problem are eliminated, apps that you installed are the main battery drainers.
Try unninstalling apps that you have that might trigger the battery drain.

Some device came with bad android install. Try to do a factory reset.
