Actual android question: Anyone know how to record 2 separate video files from both cameras simultaneously? I see with my s5 the tech is there but it puts it in the same video like split mode.

If not than are there any apps that do exactly what I am asking?

I am curious if there is a way to record 2 separate videos simultaneously using a galaxy S5 utilizing the front and back camera?
Any information will be greatly appreciated. I have been searching and searching but have not found exactly what I am asking.

That only tells you how to use both cameras simultaneously. By default one picture is recorded on top of the other with no way to recover the missing data afterwards. I don't know if this can be overridden hence the OP asking the question and me finding my way here a year later.
