Cant setup email acct

I just bought a used Verizon Galaxy S5.Im using it on T Mobile. I have a personal and work email accts.I was able to setup my personal email but My work email just keeps saying cannot connect to server.I had them both setup on my old phone and I setup all my employyees work emails with no problems..Any help would be greatly appreciated.I can provide details if needed.

Welcome to Android Central! In my experience, a common error is omitting the username and password during one of the steps, often when it says it's "optional" (when in fact it really isn't). Go through the email account settings and look for this.

Also you may need to check with your email administrator. I know, personally (I am one) that our Exchange server is set up to limit the number of devices that can connect to an account. If your account is currently linked to another phone, the admin may need to remove that from the Exchange server before you can add the new phone.
