why is just once or always option not available on S5 Neo

When prompted to select a browser, the option of selecting Just Once/Always is not provided....note: that I do NOT already have a default set. Once I select the browser it makes it my default browser which I did not want and when I clear it from default applications within the settings and try again ....just one/Always still does not appear. This applies for music or pics....whatever has multiple apps to access these files. Is this a bug? I've tested the S6 to compare as they both run the same O/S version, 5.1.1 and the same Touchwiz version and the S6 doesn't have this issue. Again is this a bug or was this intentional behavior for the S5 Neo?

Same prob here there is no option of just once and alwways before opening any app

It's the way Samsung made the ROM. It's not malfunctioning...that's the way it's designed. It happens on my Note 5. I use an app called Better open with from Play. You set that as the "default" app, but the app allows you to choose what to open with.

It's because Samsung thought they fixed something, but they didn't.
