Is my battery life really bad?

Hi ive had the s5 for over a yr now and I do love it but ive been having trouble seeing if my battery is bad or if I have something draining my battery really fast, Ive been noticing a really fast drains when im in school and im on 4G most of the time and sometimes the phone dies on me before I get home (100% at 7:30AM - 10%/dead at 4:30 or 6:00), im abit of a heavy user playing music when I can, probably on FB or playing a few games too, but what really got me thinking was that i went from 100 to around 36-40% when I finished a FB videochat on WiFi just awhile ago while my brightness was on max. Ive included screenshots, but i dont know if theyll help alot since Im charging it now, will post new screenshots later if needed. If other information is needed ill be glad to post them

Other info I can provide:
-Rooted
-using Xposed Module: "LTE Only"
-running on KitKat (want to upgrade to lollipop if anyone knows how, im afraid of bricking my phone cuz its rooted)
-Sync, Location is off

My first thought is that your battery is doing OK considering that in 1' 38" you played Iron Battle for nearly half that time and you have at least 3 of the biggest battery draining apps installed, Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. See post #1 of Battery, memory, data hogs... top 10. FaceBook Messenger alone, accounts for more than a quarter of your battery drain in that period.
