Why is my galaxy s5 unresponsive after decryption?
Hi, recently I encrypted my galaxy s5 but unfortunately I did not like it. Today I decided to decrypt it by going to the security menu and choosing the decrypt option. I plugged in my phone and it had full battery life. Everything seemed normal.
However, now it is over six hours later and the phone is completely unresponsive. The only way I know that it is not 100% dead is that the blue light in the upper left corner that tells when you have a message is stuck on (it usually flashes).
I have tried holding down the power button for long periods of time and nothing happens. Should I let it run out of battery, or is that a bad idea? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
